Location

The 7 Cascades Lodges is located in the central part of the island. Being situated on the edge of a steep drop, where the river drops dramatically to create the 7 waterfalls that gave it its name, 7 Cascades Lodge is the perfect location for nature lovers.

It can be reached in a 45 minutes-drive from the airport; the nearest beaches can be reached by car in about half an hour.

Some attractions and places to visit in the vicinity include of course the famous waterfalls, the sacred lake “Ganga Talao”, The Black River Gorges National Park, and Lake Mare Longue.

Other places of interest not too far away are the mountain-village of Chamarel with its 7-coloured Earth Park and rum factory, as well as Casela Nature and Adventure Park.
